Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- Orders placed on boldthreadsshop.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
- While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange.
- Please fill out the Returns Form on the back of your receipt and mail back your order in a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages).

RETURN POLICY:- Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned merchandise more than 10 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange.
We have a Final Sale Policy on the following items for sanitary reasons:

- Sale Items
***Sale items are: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price or clearance**** These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange*.
EXCHANGES: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 2-3 business days. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at boldthreadsshop.com Final sale items - items purchased on sale, clearance or with a discount code.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are final sale as they won't be able to be used again or resold. There will be back and forth communication prior to the order being placed that will demonstrate the mockup of what your custom order will look like. This helps us prevent any issues on the final product.
